Zimbabwe win second Cosafa Cup

Zimbabwe have added a second Cosafa Cup to their trophy cabnet after beating Malawi 4-1 on aggrigate.

Zimbabwe left Malawi with a 2-1 lead, giving them full confidence leading into the second and final leg of the tornament. Their satisfaction turned to screams of delight when they potted two goals against Malawi at home.

Charles Yohane gave Zimbabwe a 3-1 aggrigate lead when on 36 minutes he volleyed from outside the penalty area. The feat was completed after half time when Sheffield United striker Peter Ndlovu scored the second on 66 minutes.

Since the cup's inception in 1997 four nations have taken the trophy. Angola, Zambia and Zimbabwe all twice and South Africa once.
